X21 Challenge (the "Service") is operated by Hoàng Xuân Bách ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you are entering into a binding agreement with Hoàng Xuân Bách.

By registering for, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The Service provides a 21-day habit and coaching platform, including coach dashboards, challenger accounts, habit tracking, courses, and chat between coaches and challengers. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• send spam, harass other users, or post content that infringes third-party rights;
• upload malware, probe or scan the Service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• circumvent usage limits, quotas, or plan restrictions.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Hoàng Xuân Bách and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Please read them carefully. Our refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

Coach subscriptions renew automatically for the interval selected at checkout until cancelled through Paddle.

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you: (a) materially breach these Terms; (b) fail to pay fees when due; (c) create a security, legal, or fraud risk for us or other users; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription through Paddle. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
