30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
How to request a refund
Payments for X21 Challenge are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email used at checkout, or use the receipt Paddle emailed you.
- Select the order you would like refunded and follow the prompts.
- If you need help, you can also contact us and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; a refund of the current period is subject to this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy.
